Grilled specialties at the garden restaurant
From April 30th to September 26th, 2008, Restaurant Kronprinz Rudolph serves grilled summer specialties three days a week in its idyllic garden. The ambience is one-of-a-kind: the interior courtyard of Hotel Stefanie communicates an almost Mediterranean flair, with wicker and lounge furniture contributing their part to the Hofgarten’s relaxed character. Even here, you enjoy the advantage of relative independence from meteorological caprice: Canopies protect you from both heat and light rain, and if it should get a bit chilly now and again, infrared heating units are on hand to keep you comfortable.
During the barbeque evenings on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the kitchen team of Restaurant Kronprinz Rudolph serves up grilled delicacies that are something special indeed: you’re awaited by spicy marinated lamb cutlets, skewers of beef, pork and chicken filet, rump steak of beef, grilled chicken breast, salmon steak and much more. All this is joined by a diverse selection of side dishes, crunchy-fresh summer salads from the buffet and numerous sauces for dipping.
You can also, of course, book a grill evening as part of your celebration or of your seminar at Hotel Stefanie.
